Naturecho Return Policy
1. Eligible Items for Return
Naturecho accepts returns only for items damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the item upon receipt.
2. Return Window
Customers have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
3. Refund or Replacement
For eligible returns, Naturecho will send a new, identical item to replace the damaged product. Naturecho will cover all shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Complete the return form available on our website.
- Email the completed form to naturecho.official@gmail.com.
- Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) in the email.
- Attach the unboxing video that demonstrates the damaged condition of the item.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Naturecho offers free returns for eligible items. You will not be charged for shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item.
6. Inspection and Approval
All returns are subject to inspection. Naturecho reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
7. Restrictions on Returns and Refunds
- No returns will be accepted for items in normal condition. Only items damaged during shipping are eligible for return.
- No refunds will be issued once goods are sold. We offer replacements for damaged items only, as specified in Section 3.
- Returns for any other circumstances beyond shipping damage are not permitted.
8. Final Sale
All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping, as outlined in this policy.
